MY INTERNSHIP REPORT

The aim of this report tis to describe my three months full time traineeship at Kvalitext, a translation company. In addition to presenting the company as well as the context of the whole traineeship, I take a small approach to the ISO 17100:2015 international norm, a certification the company has. Furthermore, I will present some statistical data regarding the work I’ve done; I’ll present some new tools I’ve worked with and I will also show an analyse the main problems I had with my translations and show the approaches I’ve taken to tackle them in the light of the functionalist approaches to translation. To conclude my report I will make a critical reflection about the whole traineeship.
